The RUH is currently evaluating its performance management systems. As part of their MBA studies, a consultancy team from the Bristol Business School is helping in the evaluation process.

As someone who is responsible for the performance of part of the hospital, we would welcome your views on the current systems and how they could be improved. Please help us by answering the following questions to the best of your knowledge. If unsure just leave a question blank.
