by students from the Bristol Business School, this website is
independent from the school, and opinions expressed on pages of

A: Yes. Bristol MBA is here to stay. The site will be maintained after the end
of the class of the founders and live on as a platform for future generations of
MBA students.
Q: Can you describe the financial model behind this site?
A: Bristol MBA is meant to promote free and open thinking in a business context.
We do not pay for contributions or royalties for content.
Similarly recognised authors get to publish on Bristol MBA for free. (See below to find out

Q: What is the technology behind this?
A: The website is hosted on a server with PC technology and the Linux operating system.
The webserver is Apache, the backend database is MySQL, all programming was done in Perl.
We promote an open mind and therefore opensource.
